Trips & Visits

Our Curriculum Departments provide a range of curricular and non-curricular educational visits linked to their subject area or interest.  Please click on the Residential Visits tab on the side bar to see all of the exciting trips that we offer to our Hatton students.

For each trip we require the following information in place: 

  • Consent Form* a Yellow consent form is required for all visits
  • Medication Form (if required)*
  • Signed code of conduct* 
  • Payment, if required, by due date on Sims Agora 
  • Students regularly taking place in sporting/enrichment activities will require a repeat consent form in place.

Local Parent Consent Form

For local visits taking place during the school day, that take place locally and do not involve adventurous activities, we are introducing the Local Parent Consent and Code of Conduct form; this will be a one off form that gives full parental consent for future visits taking place during the school day whilst your child is a pupil at the Academy. When this consent is in place letters will be sent home informing of the visit with a permission slip to be returned to confirm participation on the visit.

For trips taking place outside the school day, residential and adventurous activities we still require a full consent form completing which will go out with letters as required. If your child requires to take medication with them or has any medical needs staff need to be aware of it is important a medication form is completed with full details and returned to the trip leader.

Trip Payments

The Academy's preferred payment method is the Online Payment System SIMS Pay (previously SIMS Agora) please click the logo below to be redirected.

If you already have an active account with SIMS Agora, there is no need to re-register.  You can use your current password to login. Receipts will not be issued unless requested.
