Sixth Form Application Forms
Our formal application deadline for September 2026 was Wednesday 17th December 2025.
Any student wishing to make a late Sixth Form application to Sir Christopher Hatton Academy must complete the form using the link below.
As the formal deadline for Sixth Form applications has now passed, we are unable to extend the invitation to our Sixth Form Taster Day in February. However, this will in no way affect the status of your application – should enough students meet the course entry requirements in August to require us to limit places on courses, then at that time places will be allocated using the oversubscription criteria set out in our policy.
