Sixth Form Testimonials

Syed Hussain and Latia Familusi - Head Students

Sonal Rathod - Deputy Head Student

We would like to introduce ourselves as your newly appointed Head and Deputy head students, and outline what we hope to achieve in the following academic year. We wish to inspire positive change in the academy through reflecting and celebrating the interests of the students at the academy. We hope to do this through building a positive school environment which engages with its students and gives back to the community which it is at the heart of.

For the coming year, we will be working with students in senior roles and societies across the academy to implement more diversity, charity funding, social events, environmental improvement, and sporting events.

We understand how important social interactions are within the academy. This is one reason why we are so passionate about the senior roles and societies, as we want to build a more interactive community.

In doing so, we want to encourage students to acknowledge their impacts through participating in social events. This will help highlight their individual differences and contributions to the wider academy.

We believe this is important as students should feel comfortable in using their own voice and understand their true potential in influencing change.

We hope you will support us in the upcoming year, and we look forward to collaborating with you.
